Estatestar is a PHOTO FILM 360 studio specialized in architecture. Within all real estate areas, we stage individual properties up to large portfolios internationally. With helicopters and drones in the air, as well as with cameras and 3D scanners on the ground. Post-production takes place at our studio and DIGITAL LAB in Berlin. We produce impressive PHOTOS, exciting FILMS and effective 360° virtual tours for our clients.

ANDREAS NENNINGER

Andreas is the director behind the cameras, photographer, experienced drone pilot and specialized in helicopter flights. Since his time in the real estate investment business with Deutsche Bank in Berlin and New York, he knows the challenges of real estate marketing quite well. This experience, combined with his lifelong passion for photography, he has been implementing as a professional for 20 years.

Film is his world. David is our moving image hero and the best editor in town, the country, the universe… After finishing his film education in Potsdam-Babelsberg, David decided to go straight into the business. His top skills are camera, color grading, sound design and for the 360° virtual tours 3D scans and digital staging.

Kim coordinates production planning in the studio office and is responsible for hardware and software management so that our creative team can fully focus on shootings and post-productions. In addition, Kim is our social media mastermind and gets the estatestars ready for the walk on the red carpet.

As a digital native, the web is Robert’s domain. Website coding and engineering is his specialty, as well as the creation of modern marketing tools, such as digital exposés. Stringent content management and a decent sip of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) by Robert creates a lot of traffic for any company.
